基于高职院校班主任视角的学生资助工作实效性探究

A Probe into the Effectiveness of the Student Funding Work by the College Head Teacher

摘要 在高职院校学生资助工作中,高职院校班主任是班级资助工作的基层主体,是资助工作的落实者、资助效果的反馈者、资助对象的教育者,担任了至关重要的角色。然而在传统的资助程序中,班主任存在政策覆盖面不足、程序规范不到位、育人效果不强等问题。通过江苏工程职业技术学院建筑工程学院贫困生认定工作实例,从微观角度对班主任的资助工作展开探究,为高职院校班主任提升资助工作实效性提供经验思路。 In the work of college student funding,the college head teacher is the primary body of class funding.They are the implementer of the funding,the feedback of the funding effect and the educator of the funding target.They play a vital role in this work.However,in the traditional funding procedures,they have some shortcomings,such as the dilemma of insufficient policy coverage,inadequate procedures and regulations and weak education effects.This article explores the funding work of head teachers from a micro perspective,and provides experience for college head teachers to improve the effectiveness of funding work through an example of poor student identification work in the School of Civil Engineering,Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology.
