摘要
提高受助群体的创新精神和实践能力"两项能力"是我国资助育人工作从资助型向发展型转变的重要导向。发展型资助育人模式要从学生主体出发,构建行之有效的资助模式。该研究经调研发现受资助群体在勤工助学岗位实践过程中存在部分岗位职业能力薄弱的现象。为提高受资助群体勤工助学岗位职业能力,江苏农牧科技职业学院宠物科技学院积极开展资助育人与岗位职业能力提升融合的教学活动,探索适合提升受资助群体职业素养、职业能力方面的勤工助学岗位模式,从而为更好地推动高职资助育人工作助力。
To improve the innovative spirit and practical ability of the needy students is an important orientation for the transformation of the funded education work from the funding type to the development type in China.The developmental model of funded education should start from the mainly of students and develop effective funding model.Through the investigation,founded that the funded groups in the work-study practice process was weak in the part of professional ability.In order to improve the needy students professional ability in work-study positions,Jiangsu Agrianimal Husbandry Vocational College Pet Science and Technology College actively carry out the teaching activities that funded education with the promotion of job vocational ability,and explore the work-study post mode suitable for improving the professional quality and ability of the funded groups,so as to better promote the work of funded education in vocational college.
