摘要
"大众创业、万众创新"(简称"双创")政策是受众多、范围广的创新政策,该文通过对国家和地方"双创"科技政策的收集与挖掘,从政策的发布机构、标题和内容进行主体合作分析、主题共现分析和演化分析,最后,对比分析出国家和地方"双创"政策的关注点和侧重点。
The policy of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(hereinafter referred to as"entrepreneurship and innovation")has the largest audience and the widest range of innovation policies.Through the collection and mining of national and local entrepreneurship and innovation science and technology policies,this paper conducts subject cooperation analysis,theme co-occurrence analysis and evolution analysis from the policy publishing institutions,titles and contents,and finally compares and analyzes the concerns and priorities of national and local entrepreneurship and innovation policies.
