摘要
在梳理了学界关于大学生心理健康课程教育目标、内容、方法及其改革研究成果的基础上,基于行动研究方法,探索了一种基于多元复合专业背景的小班额整全式心理健康教育模式,通过教育教学理念和教育内容的创新,关照大学生群体心理健康的紧迫问题和根本问题,取得了初步的成果,较好地达成了教学目标。但其推广运用有赖于高等教育教学机制的进一步改革和完善。
On the basis of combing the research results of the Chinese literary circles on the educational objectives,contents,methods and reforms of the mental health curriculum for college students,and based on the action research methods,this paper explores a small class full-scale mental health education model based on the multiple and complex professional background,which is implanted through the innovation of educational teaching ideas.The"service-learning"action agenda and general teaching topics have been set to take care of the urgent and fundamental problems of the mental health of college students,and preliminary results have been achieved,and the teaching objectives have been better achieved.However,its popularization and application depends on the further reform and perfection of higher education teaching mechanism.
