乡村教师队伍建设研究综述与展望

Review and Prospect of Rural Teachers Team Construction

乡村教师队伍的建设逐渐成为社会各界关注的焦点,该研究采用CiteSpace软件,通过绘制知识图谱,对发文量、关键词共现等进行分析,发现发文量整体呈递增趋势,研究热点主要分为教师培养、教育政策、教育资源三部分。最后,基于图谱分析,预测乡村教师队伍建设的研究将在教育信息化、教育政策与教师流动机制三个方面继续深入。

The construction of rural teachers’team has gradually become the focus of attention from all walks of life.This study uses CiteSpace software to analyze the amount of papers published and keywords co-occurrence by drawing knowledge map.It is found that the number of published papers is increasing as a whole.The research focus is mainly divided into three parts:teacher training,education policy and education resources.Finally,based on the map analysis,it is predicted that the research on the construction of rural teachers’team will continue to deepen in three aspects:education informatization,education policy and teacher flow mechanism.
