摘要
随着我国经济和科技的不断发展,企业的市场营销管理在信息化背景下,在经济全球化、去中心化两种发展趋势的影响下,有了较之前更新的组织形式和更广泛的考量范畴。市场营销学也有了新观念、新理论和新视角。青年教师作为高校最具创造力和活力的教学主体,担负着开拓创新的教学使命。该文从当代市场营销课程对青年教师的新要求入手,认为相比于过去,青年教师更需要在理论功底、信息组织、教学设计与调控,创新和新事物接受能力等方面有所提升,然后分析青年教师在市场营销课程线上线下实践教学过程中的问题,最后从政策与平台、培训与校企合作、经验数据与学生团队的持续经营、教研团队四个方面提出了青年教师能力提升的途径。
With the continuous development of China’s economy and technology,the marketing management of enterprises has official account and broader consideration under the influence of the two developing trends of globalization and centralization,such as short video,public address and micro-blog.The corresponding marketing theory also has new ideas,new theoretical research content and new strategic perspective.Young teachers,as the most creative and dynamic teaching subjects in colleges and universities,shoulder the teaching mission of inheriting the past and innovating.This paper starts with the new requirements of contemporary marketing courses for young teachers,and thinks that compared with the past,young teachers need to improve their theoretical foundation,information organization,teaching design and regulation,innovation and new things acceptance ability.Then it analyzes the problems of young teachers in the process of online and offline practice teaching of marketing courses,and finally from the aspects of policy and platform,information organization,teaching design and control,innovation and new things acceptance Training and school enterprise cooperation,experience data and sustainable management of student team,teaching and research team put forward four ways to improve the ability of young teachers.
