In the new era and new development stage,actively developing professional degree postgraduate education has become an important path to actively serve the construction of an innovative country.On the basis of carding the main guiding ideology and policy evolution of engineering postgraduate training,this paper deeply analyzes the problems and challenges in the current training process,actively explores the methods and strategies to improve the quality of postgraduate training,and proves that it has a certain reference value through practice.
