早期教育专业人才培养策略探究——基于托育机构对早期教育专业人才培养的需求分析 被引量:2

摘要 2019年国务院在《关于促进3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务发展的指导意见》中明确了促进婴幼儿照护服务发展的基本原则、发展目标、主要任务、保障措施和组织实施。提出家庭为主、托育补充,要求到2020年建成一批具有示范效应的婴幼儿照护服务机构,加快培养婴幼儿照护相关专业人才。该研究分析了托育机构对早期教育专业人才培养的需求,结合高职院校早期教育专业人才培养的现状与问题,进一步探讨完善早期教育专业人才培养的策略。 The guiding opinions on promoting the development of care services for infants and young children under the age of 3 issued by the State Council in 2019 clearly defines the basic principles,development objectives,main tasks,safeguard measures and organization and implementation of promoting the development of care services for infants and young children.It is required to build a number of infant care service institutions with demonstration effect by 2020,and speed up the training of infant care related professionals.This study analyzes the needs of nurseries for early education professional training,combined with the current situation and problems of early education professional training in higher vocational colleges,and further discusses the strategies to improve early education professional training.
