高校科研育人的现实意义与路径探索

The Realistic Value and Practical Exploration of Scientific Research Education in Colleges and Universities

科研育人是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,也是高校发展、改革、创新的重要手段,然而许多高校存在重科研轻育人、过于功利化、追求成果等情况。鉴于此,该文从科研育人的背景、内涵出发,先分析目前高校在科研育人方面存在的问题,再提出高等院校科研育人的路径,通过优化科研管理、完善科研体制机制,提升教师积极进取、勇于创新的科学精神和求真求实的科研作风,建立教研一体、学研相济的科教协同育人机制,打造高水平科研育人队伍,从而培养出一批品德高尚、志存高远、务实笃行、自强不息的高素质创新人才。

Scientific research education is an important part of the ideological and political work,and also an important approach of development,reform and innovation of colleges and universities.However,many colleges and universities attach importance to scientific research and neglect its education function,and become too utilitarian in pursuit of results.In view of this,starting from the background and connotation of scientific research education,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in scientific research education,and then puts forward the path of scientific research education in colleges and universities.By optimizing the scientific research management and improving the scientific research system and mechanism,teachers’enterprising and innovative scientific spirit and truth-seeking scientific research style can be enhanced,and the scientific and educational cooperative education mechanism integrating teaching and research can be established,so as to cultivate a group of high moral character,lofty aspirations,pragmatic,pragmatic,unremitting innovation talents of high quality.
