摘要
以《企业价值评估》课程为例,基于工作过程系统化的基本原理,引入四个学习情境,结合翻转课堂教学法,将行动和思维过程分解为十个步骤,将本课程的所有知识点和能力要求在这四个学习情境中进行比较、迁移与内化,提升学生的可持续发展能力,同时融入价值观的引领,使学生在学会做事的过程中学会做人,以期为应用型人才培养提供一种教学改革和创新的指向。
Taking"enterprise value evaluation"course as an example,based on the basic principle of working process systematization,four learning situations are introduced.Combined with the teaching method of flipped classroom,the action and thinking process is decomposed into ten steps,and all knowledge points and ability requirements of this course are compared,transferred and internalized in these four learning situations,so as to improve students’sustainable development ability.Integrating the guidance of values into the teaching process enables students to learn how to behave in the process of learning to do things,so as to provide a direction of teaching reform and innovation for the cultivation of applied talents.
