“三全育人”视域下大学生就业指导体系建设研究——以郑州轻工业大学软件学院为例

Research on the Construction of Employment Guidance System for College Students from the Perspective of "Three-Wide Education" ——Take the Software College of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry as an Example

随着"三全育人"综合改革的不断深入,全员、全过程、全方位的"大思政"育人格局正在逐步形成。在高校毕业生人数逐年攀升、就业形势日趋严峻的背景下,更好地理解和运用"三全育人"理念,服务大学生更高质量、更充分就业,具有较强的现实意义。该文以郑州轻工业大学软件学院为例,探索在"三全育人"视域下,高校基层院系在构建大学生就业指导体系建设上的具体做法和经验,以供大学生就业指导教师思考和借鉴。

With the deepening of the comprehensive reform of"three complete education",the pattern of"great ideological and political education"is gradually forming.Under the background of the increasing number of college graduates and the increasingly severe employment situation,it is of great practical significance to better understand and use the concept of"three complete education"to serve college students with higher quality and fuller employment.Taking the software college of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry as an example,this paper explores the specific practices and experiences of the grass-roots colleges and departments in the construction of college students’employment guidance system from the perspective of"three complete education",so as to provide reference for college students’employment guidance teachers.
