近年来,高校思想政治教育与专业课程同向同行育人有效融合成为研究热点。结合学院实际,解析同向育人内涵,剖析主要困难,结合实际探索同向同行育人工作有效路径。通过牢握意识形态领导权,增强专业教师思想政治把关能力,挖掘专业课程思想政治教育资源融入大学生培养全过程,形成有效合力,构建方向同向、行动同行、协同有序的育人机制,提升新时代大学生综合素养。

In recent years,universities cooperative education of politics and specialized course has become a hotspot of education research.This exploration combined with practice,analyzed the connotation of cooperative education of politics and specialized course,and proposed some effective paths.By grasping the ideological leadership,strengthening the ideological and political control ability of professional teachers,excavating the ideological and political education resources of professional courses and integrating them into the whole process of college students’training,constructed a coordinated and orderly education mechanism.
