国内外科技竞争日趋激烈,实施创新驱动发展战略、建设创新型国家已成为必然趋势。大学生是推动"大众创业、万众创新"的生力军,高职院校应立足新的发展形势、贯彻新的发展理念,进一步提高对思政教育与创业教育本质属性的认识,明确两者有机融合、耦合联动的时代意义,坚持问题导向,积极探索两者双向构建的路径和方向,不断提升人才培养水平与质量。

With the increasingly fierce competition in science and technology at home and abroad,it has become an inevitable trend to implement the innovation driven development strategy and build an innovative country.College students are the new force to promote"mass entrepreneurship and innovation".Higher vocational colleges should be based on the new development situation,implement the new development concept,further improve the understanding of the essential attributes of Ideological and political education and entrepreneurship education.clarify the era significance of the organic integration and coupling of the two,adhere to the problem orientation,actively explore the path and direction of the two-way construction,and constantly improve the level and quality of personnel training.
