高校思政化教学对学生就业创业路径的影响

The Influence of Ideological and Political Education on Students’ Employment and Entrepreneurship

随着高等教育事业的不断发展,我国高校每年都会向社会输送大量毕业生,由此也引发了一个比较棘手的问题,那就是就业压力越来越大,而且已经成为亟待解决的社会问题。因此,各高校在开展教学活动过程中都加强了就业创业教育,但我国多数高校的就业创业教育却无法获得理想效果,不能为解决就业问题提供有效帮助。对此,高校应积极发挥思政化教学的作用,通过思政化教学增强学生的就业创业能力,使学生能够在毕业之后获得良好发展。基于此,该文针对高校思政化教学对学生就业创业路径的影响做了简要分析。

With the continuous development of higher education,colleges and universities in our country will send a large number of graduates to the society every year,which also leads to a more difficult problem,that is,the pressure of social employment is increasing,and it has become an urgent social problem.Therefore,in the process of carrying out teaching activities,colleges and universities have strengthened employment and entrepreneurship education,but most of our colleges and universities’employment and entrepreneurship education cannot obtain the ideal effect,and cannot provide effective help to solve the problem of students’employment.In this regard,colleges and universities should actively play the role of Ideological and political teaching,enhance students’employment and entrepreneurship through ideological and political teaching,so that students can get good development after graduation.Based on this,this paper makes a brief analysis of the impact of Ideological and political education on students’employment and entrepreneurship path.
