高等职业教育服务数字经济发展的适应性研究——基于环境嵌入理论

适应数字经济发展趋势,大力培养数字技能人才,明确高等职业教育人才价值定位,满足产业数字化和数字产业化的人才需求,缓解人才供给与数字经济就业需求间的结构性矛盾,是高等职业教育创新发展的新使命和新要求。该文运用环境嵌入理论,分析数字经济发展对高等职业教育技术技能人才培养的变革要求,探讨高等职业教育如何适应数字经济战略,顺应产业结构、就业结构的新变化,努力实现人才培养目标定位准、价值预期高、就业前景好,不断增强高等职业教育技术技能人才培养与数字经济发展的适应性。

It is a new mission and requirement for the innovative development of higher vocational education to adapt to the development trend of digital economy,vigorously cultivate talents with digital skills,clarify the value orientation of talents in higher vocational Education,meet the talent demand of industrial digitalization and digital industrialization,and alleviate the structural contradiction between talent supply and employment demand of digital economy.Using the theory of environment embedding,this paper analyzes the reform requirements of the development of digital economy to the training of technical and technical talents in higher vocational education,discusses how to adapt to the digital economy strategy,adapt to the new changes of industrial structure and employment structure,and strive to achieve the accurate orientation of personnel training objectives,high value expectation and good employment prospects,so as to continuously enhance the adaptability of the training of technical and technical talents in higher vocational education and the development of digital economy.
