高校教师对学生称呼满意度的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Satisfaction of College Teachers to Students’ Appellation

摘要 通过高校教师在课堂教学过程中对学生称呼满意度的调查分析、案例分析和访谈,更好地说明称呼的魅力,方便加强师生之间的沟通、提升教学质量、更好更快地完成教学任务。该研究对笔者所在学校10个不同专业中1600名不同年级的学生进行取样,分成四组分别对教师对学生四种常见称呼方式的满意度进行调查。结果显示:按学生特征称呼方式获得的满意度最低为4.5%,学生更喜欢用名的称呼方式,满意度高达94.75%。无论哪种称呼方式,尊重及亲和力才是提高学生满意度最主要的因素。一个恰当的称呼可以使教学达到事半功倍的效果。通过调查,期望大学教师在以后的教学中注意改善自己的称呼用语,在沟通和交流方面做得更好。 Through the investigation and analysis,case analysis and interview of college teachers on students’address satisfaction in classroom teaching process,the charm of address can be better explained,the communication between teachers and students can be strengthened,the teaching quality can be improved,and the teaching task can be completed better and faster.In this study,1600 students of different grades in 10 different majors in the author’s school were sampled and divided into four groups to investigate the teachers’satisfaction with the four common addressing styles of students.The results show that:according to the characteristics of the students to get the lowest satisfaction:4.5%,students prefer to use the first name of the address,satisfaction as high as 94.75%.No matter what kind of address,respect and affinity are the most important factors to improve students’satisfaction.A proper address can make teaching achieve twice the result with half the effort.Through the investigation,it is expected that university teachers should pay attention to improve their address terms and do better in communication and communication.
