探究高职对单招学生管理教育的现状和对策

To Explore the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Management Education of Single Enrollment Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高职院校招生规模的不断扩大,单招学生的数量逐年增长,积极采取有效措施对单招学生予以科学有效的管理教育已成为顺应高职院校发展趋势的必然结果。针对于此,通过论述高职院校单招学生管理教育现状,研究加强高职对单招学生管理教育的有效对策,旨在在尊重单招学生个性化发展的基础上推动其全面均衡发展,充分满足社会对高素质复合型人才的培养需求,并为单招学生管理教育的有效渗透提供可靠参考依据。

With the increasing enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges,the number of single enrollment students is increasing year by year.It has become an inevitable result to take effective measures to scientifically and effectively manage and educate the single enrollment students.In view of this,through discussing the current situation of management education of single vocational students in higher vocational colleges,this paper studies the effective countermeasures to strengthen the management education of single teaching students in higher vocational colleges,aiming to promote their comprehensive and balanced development on the basis of respecting the individualized development of single enrollment students,fully meeting the needs of the society for the cultivation of high-quality compound talents,and providing reliable reference for the effective penetration of management education for single enrollment students.
