高职会展专业创新创业人才培养方案的研究与设计

Research and Design on the Training Scheme of Innovative and Pioneering Talents of Exhibition Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

高职学生动手能力强,理论知识弱,具备较强的创新创业意识但缺乏相关专业知识。高职院校如何结合专业特色,构建符合行业发展、社会需求的创新创业型专业课程体系,已成为专业人才培养需重点关注的问题。该文以高职会展专业的学生状况为例,通过构建高职会展专业创新创业课程体系,设计科学合理的专业人才培养方案,探讨高职会展专业学生创新创业能力培养的有效途径。

Vocational college students have strong practical ability,weak theoretical knowledge,strong sense of innovation and entrepreneurship,but lack of relevant professional knowledge.How to combine the professional characteristics of higher vocational colleges to build an innovative and entrepreneurial professional curriculum system in line with the development of the industry and the needs of the society has become the focus of professional talent training.This project takes the situation of exhibition major students in higher vocational colleges as an example,through the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system of higher vocational exhibition specialty,designs scientific and reasonable professional talent training program,and explores the effective ways to cultivate students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
