摘要
粤港澳大湾区经济发达,区域面积广,创业环境优越,具有发展体育产业的巨大潜力。高职院校体育类大学生是众多高职院校学生中的代表性群体,他们有着吃苦耐劳、不畏艰难困苦的坚韧品质,他们也有着对体育专业知识与体育技能精通的专业优势,想借助粤港澳大湾区的发展机遇实现成功创业的梦想,但同时也会面临着多种困难与挑战。据相关统计显示,当今大学生创业成功率较低。为此,该文通过高职院校体育类大学生自主创业所面临的诸多问题,提出了加强创业心理教育、重视人际沟通能力培养、完善创业课程、强化创业课程师资力量、搭建创业教育实践平台、资源整合、资金支持、强化创业实践能力等对策,以期对高职院校体育类大学生自主创业提供参考。
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has a developed economy,a vast area and a favorable entrepreneurial environment.It has great potential to develop the sports industry sports college students in higher vocational colleges is a representative of many higher vocational college students in groups,they have bear hardships and stand hard work,not afraid of hardship fortitude,they also have to sports professional knowledge and skills proficient professional advantage,want to use a large bay area of Guangdong development opportunities to realize the dream of successful entrepreneurs,but also faced with many difficulties and challenges.According to relevant statistics,the success rate of college students’entrepreneurship is very low.Therefore,in this paper,through the sports college students in higher vocational colleges self-employment faces many problems,put forward to strengthen entrepreneurship psychological education,pay attention to interpersonal communication ability training,perfecting entrepreneurship,strengthen entrepreneurship faculty,construct platform for entrepreneurship education practice,resource integration,financial support,strengthen countermeasures such as entrepreneurship practice ability,in order to provide reference for students of higher vocational college sports self-employment.
