高校辅导员工作中的互动元话语资源及身份建构

Interactional Metadiscourse and Identity Construction in Counselors’ Work

互动元话语作为一种话语资源在身份建构时发挥着至关重要的作用。该文以Hyland对于互动元话语的5个分类作为理论框架,以10次师生对话的录音转写语料为研究基础,探讨高校辅导员如何使用特定的互动元话语资源在不同的师生互动情境下建构特定的身份。研究发现,高校辅导员在师生互动的过程中会利用互动元话语资源建构职业身份(思想政治教育者和日常教育管理者)和非职业身份(个人和朋友),从而实现和谐的师生关系,进一步推进工作的有效开展。

As a kind of discourse resource,interactional metadiscourse plays a crucial role in identity construction.This paper takes Hyland’s five categories of interactional metadiscourse as the theoretical framework and the transcripts of 10 conversations between counselors and students as the research basis to explore how college counselors use specific interactional metadiscourse to construct specific identities in different teacher-student interaction contexts.It is found that college counselors use interactive interactional metadiscourse to construct professional identities(ideological and political educators and daily education managers)and non-professional identities(individuals and friends)in the process of teacher-student interaction,so as to achieve a harmonious teacher-student relationship and further promote the effective implementation of work.
