创新创业教育是高师院校培养中小学创新型英语师资的重要举措。以培养创新型英语教师为目标,以教师岗位创新创业能力培养为核心,以搭建二类多元化平台和全面系统的创新创业教育课程体系为重点,构建兼具英语专业特色和教师教育特色的"3·3"英语师范生创新创业能力培养新体系,能够引导和帮助英语师范生转变就业观念,坚定终身从教信念,提高学习能力、实践能力和创新能力。但在实践过程中需要多方联动、多措并施,才能确保英语师范生创新创业教育的健康、有效、持续发展。
