摘要
该文分析了土木工程专业的"课程思政"担当和面临的内涵建设不完善、工作职责不明确、引领作用不充分等现实挑战,探讨了土木工程专业健全"课程思政"运行机制、加强课程体系建设、加强师资队伍和绩效考核机制建设等推进路径,以期为目前高校理工类专业课程融入思政内容的改革和实践提供参考。
This paper analyzes the practical challenges faced by the civil engineering major,such as the imperfect connotation construction,unclear work responsibilities and insufficient leading role are analyzed.How to strengthen the operation mechanism,how to strengthen the construction of curriculum system,how to strengthen the teaching staff and how to strengthen the construction of performance appraisal mechanism,these"course ideological and political"promotion paths are discussed.It can be used as a reference for the reform and practice of integrating the ideological and political content into the courses of science and engineering in Colleges.
