论高校学科竞赛的组织管理——以D大学为例

A Discussion on Organization and Management of Discipline Competitions in Colleges and Universities——Taking D University as an Example

高校学科竞赛已成为培养大学生创新创业能力、体现高校学生培养质量的重要平台,但不少高校的学科竞赛组织管理工作还比较薄弱。该文以D大学为例,分析了其学科竞赛组织管理工作存在的一些主要问题,从加强集中统一领导、建立多部门协同参与机制、引入项目管理模式、明确主体责任、整合科研资源、发挥院系人才优势等方面,提出了完善D大学学科竞赛组织管理工作的建议,以期对其他高校有一定的借鉴意义。

The discipline competition has become an important platform to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students and it also reflected education quality of Colleges and universities,but the organization and management of discipline competition in many colleges and universities is still absent.Taking D University as an example,this paper analyzes some main problems existing in the organization and management of discipline competition,and puts forward suggestions for improving the organization and management of discipline competition in D University from the aspects of strengthening centralized and unified leadership,establishing multi department collaborative participation mechanism,introducing project management mode,clarifying every organization’s responsibility,integrating scientific research resources,and giving full play to the talent advantages of colleges.It has certain significant reference for other universities.
