农林高校社会主义核心价值观教育长效机制构建

Construction of Long-Term Mechanism of Socialist Core Values Education in Agricultural and Forestry Universities

与普通高校相比,农林高校社会主义核心价值观教育的任务具有特殊性,也更加艰巨。由于生源特点、培养理念以及就业前景等因素的制约,目前农林高校的社会主义核心价值观教育机制仍不完善,在培养过程中存在诸多问题和矛盾。为此,应当以培养具有"大国三农情怀"的知农爱农新型人才为目标,通过发掘农学类专业蕴含的核心价值观元素,探寻农业文化思想与核心价值观的契合点,深化理论学习,构建教育内化机制;运用自然的、生态的、绿色的农林专业实践优势,强化教育实践,构建践行外化机制;结合新时代国家战略需求,完善激励和考核制度,构建制度保障机制。

Compared with ordinary universities,the task of socialist core values education in agricultural and forestry universities is special and more arduous.Due to the constraints of the characteristics of students,cultivation concept and employment prospects,the education mechanism of socialist core values in agricultural and forestry universities is still not perfect,and there are many problems and contradictions in the process of cultivation.Therefore,we should aim at cultivating new talents who know agriculture and love agriculture with"three rural feelings",deepen theoretical study and construct educational internalization mechanism by exploring the core value elements contained in agronomy majors and exploring the conjunction of agricultural cultural and core values.Using the natural,ecological and green practice advantages of agriculture and forestry specialty,strengthening education practice and constructing practice externalization mechanism.Combined with the national strategic needs of the new era,we should improve the incentive and assessment system,and build the institutional guarantee mechanism.
