高职院校“以群建院”存在的问题与对策探究——以特殊教育专业群为例 被引量:1

摘要 "双高计划"的实施、专业群的建设打破了高职院校原有的管理模式,给学校综合治理带来了一定的挑战。专业群建设是教学组织和管理模式的双重改革,以群建院直接影响高职院校基层治理模式的构建。特殊教育专业群"以群建院"存在治理主体单一、偏向直线式组织模式、权力运行结构二元制、群内专业布局不平衡等问题,实施以特色建院、以联盟建院、以资源建院、以优势建院等,将是特殊教育专业群"以群建院"的有效建设对策。 The implementation of "Double high plan" and the construction of professional groups have broken the original management mode of higher vocational colleges and brought certain challenges to the comprehensive management of schools. The construction of professional group is a double reform of teaching organization and management mode, which directly influences the construction of grass-roots management mode in higher vocational colleges. Special education professional group "to build" facing the governance body single, to linear organization pattern, dual power structure, professional layout problems such as imbalance, in the implementation of specific features built courtyard, alliance building courtyard, resources building courtyard, advantages to the court, etc., will be a group of special education "to build" the effective countermeasures.
