应用型本科教学知识共享过程研究——以《人力资源管理》课程思政改革为例

Research on the Process of Knowledge Sharing in Application Oriented Undergraduate Teaching——Taking the Ideological and Political Reform of Human Resource Management as an Example

教育兴则国家兴。要坚持显性教育和隐性教育相统一,挖掘其他课程和教学方式中蕴含的思想政治教育资源,实现全员全程全方位育人。应用型本科院校旨在培养德才兼备的服务区域经济发展的高素质应用型人才。相对显性的概念、程序、方法、步骤等教学活动,应用型大学更需要师生强化隐性知识的传播与共享。该文以《人力资源管理》课程思政改革为例,分析应用型本科院校教学知识共享过程,理清教学知识共享的作用机理,以期为应用型本科院校课程思政改革提供一些可借鉴方法与对策,促进和提升教学知识共享行为及成效。

If education prospers, the country prospers. Need to adhere to the unity of explicit and implicit education, dig deep into the ideological and political elements and resources of the curriculum, and carry out all-round education for all staff. The purpose of application-oriented universities is to cultivate high-quality applied talents with both political integrity and ability to serve the regional economic development. Compared with explicit concepts, procedures,methods, steps and other teaching activities, application-oriented college students need teachers and students to strengthen the dissemination and sharing of tacit knowledge. Taking the ideological and political reform of human resource management course as an example, this paper analyzes the process of teaching knowledge sharing in application-oriented colleges and universities, and clarifies the mechanism of teaching knowledge sharing, so as to provide some reference methods and countermeasures for the ideological and political reform of application-oriented colleges and universities, and promote and improve the behavior and effectiveness of teaching knowledge sharing.
