积极心理学视角下人格对大学生创业意向的影响

The Influence of Personality on College Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

该研究从积极心理学的视角探究哪些积极的人格特质与创业意向有内在联系,采用《中国版大五人格量表》《自尊量表》《大学生创业意向调查问卷》对贵州某高校353名大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示:男生的创业意向显著高于女生,理科生与工科生的创业意向显著高于文科生。情绪稳定性、开放性、外向性特质与创业意向显著正相关,外向性与开放性进入回归方程,正向预测创业意向。结论:培养大学生的积极人格品质是提高大学生创业意向的重要途径之一。

From the perspective of positive psychology, this study explores which positive personality traits are intrinsically related to entrepreneurial intention. 353 college students from a university in Guizhou were investigated by using the Chinese version of big five personality scale, self-esteem scale and college students’ entrepreneurial intention questionnaire. The results show that: the entrepreneurial intention of male students is significantly higher than that of female students, and that of science and engineering students is significantly higher than that of liberal arts students.Emotional stability, openness and extroversion are significantly positively correlated with entrepreneurial intention.Extroversion and openness enter the regression equation and positively predict entrepreneurial intention. Conclusion:cultivating the positive personality quality of college students is one of the important ways to improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students.
