面向智慧农业的大学生创新创业培养问题分析与模式探索

Problem Analysis and Mode Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training for College Students Oriented to Smart Agriculture

在乡村振兴战略背景下,发展智慧农业是实现战略目标的重要手段。该文结合智慧农业的特点和当前创新创业培养模式现状,从四方面分析了现有培养模式难以满足智慧农业人才需求原因。随后,该文提出了面向智慧农业的"训、体、赛、创、导"大学生创新创业一体化培养模式,并对每个模块做了详细分析。同时对信息科学与技术学院的实践情况进行了实证分析,结果表明该文提出的培养模式有助于培养学生的创新创业能力。

Under the background of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, developing smart agriculture is an important means to achieve the strategic goal. Based on the characteristics of smart agriculture and the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship training mode, this paper analyzes the reasons why the existing training mode can not meet the needs of smart agriculture talents from four aspects. Subsequently, the paper puts forward an integrated training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students, which is "training, experience, competition, innovation and guidance" for smart agriculture, and makes a detailed analysis of each module. An empirical analysis is made on the practice of the institute of information science and technology. The results show that the training mode proposed in this paper is helpful to cultivate students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability.
