摘要
医药高校创新创业教育应基于人才培养全过程构建课程体系,将其作为医药领域创新创业人才培养的媒介。建设医药高校创新创业课程体系要以学生发展和需求为中心,贯穿人才培养全过程,坚持第一课堂与第二课堂相结合,全员参与并凸显医药特色,全面完善创新创业课程体系,形成"理论课-实训课-实践课-创业实务"金字塔式课程体系网络,从理论知识、实践能力、创新思维和创业素养四个方面对学生进行重点培养,使其具备医药企业家的基本素质,有效提升医药创新创业人才培养质量。
