中国高校创新创业人才培养机制及质量标准研究

Research on Training Mechanism and Quality Standard of Innovative Entrepreneurship Personnel in Chinese Universities

自教育部提出对高校学子进行创新创业培养的政策以来,我国经历了长达十几年的实践历程,且取得了一定的佳绩。随着"大众创业、万众创新"时代的来临,国家对相应人才的培养也有着更高的要求。高校作为人才培养基地,承担着培养优秀创新创业人才的使命,需要有精准的人才培养机制并把控好方向。如何构建高校创新创业人才培养机制、质量标准,准确把握创新创业人才的新动向,仍然是当前需要思考的问题。该文通过对国内高校创新创业人才在培养机制及质量标准方面的状况进行分析,探究存在的一些问题。进而探索相应的培养机制及培养质量标准,提出高校创新创业人才培养机制及标准走向,希望可为高校创新创业人才的培养提供一些借鉴,更好地为国家、社会培养复合型高素质的创新创业人才。

Since the Ministry of Education put forward the policy of cultivating innovation and innovation in colleges and universities,our country has experienced more than ten years of practice,and has made certain achievements.With the advent of the new era of"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",the country also has higher requirements for the training of corresponding talents.As a talent training base,colleges and universities undertake the mission of cultivating outstanding innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Therefore,how to construct the training mechanism,quality standard and accurately grasp the new trend of innovative entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities is still a problem to be considered at present.The passage of this article This paper analyzes the training mechanism and quality standard of innovative entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,and probes into some problems.And then explore the corresponding training mechanism countermeasures and training quality standards,put forward the innovative entrepreneurial talent training mechanism and standard trend in colleges and universities,hoping to provide some reference for the training of innovative entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities in our country,better for the country,for the society to complex high-quality innovative entrepreneurial talents.
