高校职业生涯教育与创新创业教育内涵及关系探究

A Study on the Connotation and Relationship between College Career Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

职业生涯教育对促进高校人才培养质量的不断提升,具有推动作用和实践意义;创新创业教育是新时代对高校发展的必然要求,是建立创新型大学的必备条件。职业生涯教育与创新创业教育都是当下高校正逐步推动的两类教育体系,厘清二者的内涵与关系对推动这两类教育意义重大。该研究中从概念厘析、内涵阐释和关系探究三个层面进行了讨论,分别建构了两类教育体系的教育框架与发展布局,以期对高校合理开展职业生涯教育与创新创业教育提供借鉴。

Career education plays a long-term role in promoting the continuous improvement of the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an inevitable requirement for the development of colleges and universities in the new era.Career education and innovation and entrepreneurship education are two kinds of education systems that are being promoted by colleges and universities.It is of great significance to clarify the connotation and relationship between them.In this study,the author discussed the three aspects of concept analysis,connotation interpretation and relationship exploration,and constructed the educational framework and development layout of the two types of education system,so as to provide reference for the rational development of career education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
