积极心理学视域下高校对贫困大学生“扶志”路径研究

A Research on the Approaches of College to Prompting Poor Students’ Ambition from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

目前,国家对贫困生在经济上的帮扶已经十分全面,但经济上的帮扶只是基础工作,而通过帮扶,使贫困生获得全面的成长,才是最终的目的。对高校贫困生进行帮扶,让其获得更好的发展是时代的要求。以往的高校帮扶工作虽然成效可人,但也存在"扶贫不扶志""济贫难济弱"的问题。该文运用积极心理学的观点,分析高校贫困生普遍存在的心理特质并对高校贫困生"扶志"路径进行探索,以期弥补以往高校帮扶工作的缺陷。

At present,the economic assistance for poor students is very comprehensive,but the economic assistance is only the basic work,and the ultimate goal is to make poor students grow up in an all-round way through the assistance.It is the requirement of the times to help the poor college students to get better development.In the past,the aid work in Colleges and universities has achieved good results,but it also has some defects,such as"helping the poor is not helpful to their aspirations"and"helping the poor is difficult to help the weak".This paper uses the perspective of positive psychology to analyze the common psychological characteristics of poor college students,and explores the path of"supporting ambition"of poor college students,in order to make up for the defects of the previous college support work.
