高水平的创新创业教育师资队伍是创新创业教育发展的关键。随着我国进入新时代,建设一支高质量创新创业教育教师队伍不仅会推动教学改革的发展,同时会影响我国建设创新型国家的进程。该文在分析培养大学生创新创业重要意义的基础上,剖析高校教师创新创业教育教学能力的现状,并探究了高校创新创业教师教学能力的提升路径。

High level of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers is the key to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.With China entering a new era,building a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers team will not only promote the development of teaching reform,but also affect the process of building an innovative country.Based on the analysis of the significance of Cultivating College Students’innovation and entrepreneurship,this paper analyzes the current situation of University Teachers’innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching ability,and explores the path to improve the teaching ability of university teachers.
