扩招背景下高职教育问题与困境的生态学分析

Ecological Analysis on Problems and Dilemmas of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Enrollment Expansion

高职扩招战略对扩招规模、生源结构、录取办法提出了新的要求,并首次将"稳定就业"作为社会经济发展和职业教育升级的宏观调控手段。但职业教育规模的扩大也为扩招政策的推进和"市场化"招生发展带了新的问题和困境。该文以生态教育理念为指导,对扩招工作推进过程中出现的问题进行生态思考,分析扩招背景下高职教育生态系统内部教育要素、生态环节的问题状况,为探索高职教育生态系统优化策略、提升高职扩招工作质量提供理论依据,也为高职教育管理部门制定相关发展政策提供参考。

The strategy of Higher Vocational enrollment expansion puts forward new requirements on the scale of enrollment expansion,the structure of students source,and the admission method.For the first time,"stable employment"is taken as a macro-control means for social and economic development and vocational education upgrading.However,the expansion of vocational education also brings new problems and difficulties for the promotion of enrollment expansion policy and the development of"market-oriented"enrollment.Under the guidance of the concept of ecological education,this paper makes ecological thinking on the problems in the process of promoting enrollment expansion,analyzes the problems of internal education elements and ecological links of higher vocational education ecosystem under the background of enrollment expansion,so as to provide theoretical basis for exploring the optimization strategy of higher vocational education ecosystem and improving the quality of Higher Vocational enrollment expansion work,and to formulate relevant development for higher vocational education management departments Policy provides reference.
