高职外语国际化人才对"一带一路"倡议和粤港澳大湾区建设有重大影响。该文旨在探讨粤港澳大湾区高职外语国际化人才培养的建设与管理,建立国际化外语教师团队,改革高职外语国际化课程体系、教学内容和教学方法,构建高职外语"商学做"一体化人才培养新模式,培养国际化外语专业人才。从粤港澳大湾区高职外语国际化人才培养的重要性、培养现状、解决措施、主要方法等方面进行了分析和探讨,丰富了高职外语国际化研究的内涵。

Internationalization of foreign language talents in Higher Vocational Colleges can have a big influence on the Greater Bay Area Construction and Belt and Road Initiative.The purpose of this paper is to explore the construction and management of foreign language internationalization talents cultivation in the Greater Bay Area,to establish international foreign language teacher team,to reform the curriculum system,teaching content and methods.To build a new talents cultivation mode of training and teaching and doing,and to cultivate international foreign language talents.This paper analyzes and discusses the importance,training status,solutions and main methods of internationalization of foreign language talents training on the Greater Bay Area and it enriches the connotation of internationalization research of foreign language in higher vocational colleges.
