基于校企合作的高职学生职业素养能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement of Vocational Students’ Professional Quality Ability based on School-enterprise Cooperation

高职院校肩负着为国家输送职业技能型人才的使命,在培养职业技能型人才的过程中,职业院校应遵循现代职教发展规律,转变培养模式,更新教育理念,提升职业教育服务社会的能力。该文基于郑州黄河护理职业学院开展的校企合作,探讨高职学生职业素养影响因素,并提出系列对策,以期为深化职业教育改革提供思路。

Higher vocational colleges shoulder the mission of transporting vocational skilled talents for the country.In the process of training vocational skilled talents,vocational colleges should follow the development law of modern vocational education,change the training mode,update the education concept,and enhance the ability of vocational education to serve the society.Based on the school enterprise cooperation carried out by Zhengzhou Yellow River nursing vocational college,this paper discusses the influencing factors of Vocational Students’professional quality,and puts forward a series of countermeasures,so as to provide ideas for deepening the reform of vocational education.
