科研反哺教学是创新大学教育的重要路径,有利于克服教学和科研分立状态,形成相互促进、相互滋养、相互支撑的关系。科研有助于丰富教学内容、创新实验、实习等教学活动,有利于教学改革,完善教学体系,有利于促进高水平师资队伍建设和高素质应用型人才培养。该文以科研反哺的三大核心问题为中心,对高校科研反哺教学的现状以及存在的问题展开研究。

The research feeding teaching is a crucial pathway of innovation in university education.It helps overcome the division status between them,a better formation of mutual promotion,mutual nourishment,and mutual support relationship.From the perspective of scientific research,it enriches the teaching contents through innovative experiments,internships,and other teaching activities.It is highly beneficial to teaching reform,perfecting the lecturing system,and promoting the structure of high-level lecturer and the cultivation of high talents.This article focuses on the three core issues of the research feeding teaching to investigates the current and potential challenges in universities.
