高职扩招背景下大学生创新创业教育研究

Research on College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education under the Background of Higher Vocational College Enrollment Expansion

2019年国家提出"高职扩招",力求加快发展现代职业教育,扩招高职院校学生,鼓励更多应届高中毕业生和退役军人、下岗职工、农民工等选择高职院校继续学习。在扩招的背景下,积极开展大学生创新创业教育,不仅对提升大学生的综合能力、促进知识创新起着积极的作用,也是顺应人才发展需求,使其能够更加适应社会的发展。但是在高职院校创新创业教育中,仍存在一系列的问题,需要结合学校实际,探索有效的策略,提升大学生创新创业能力。

In 2019,China put forward the policy of"higher vocational college enrollment expansion",which strives to accelerate the development of modern vocational education and expand the enrollment of higher vocational college students.At the same time,it can encourage more that year’s high school graduates and veterans,laid-off workers,migrant workers and others to continue to pursue their studies in vocational colleges.Under the background of enrollment expansion,college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education is actively carried out,which plays a positive role in improving college students’comprehensive ability and promoting knowledge innovation.At the same time,the demand for talent development is adapted,which makes it more adaptable to the development of society.However,there are still a series of problems in the education of innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,effective strategies should be explored to improve college students’ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in combination with the reality of the school.
