大学生创新创业训练计划的实践与探索——以上海交通大学为例

Practice and Exploration of the Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program——Take Shanghai Jiaotong University as An Example

大学生创新创业训练计划是在新时代背景下对大学生创新创业能力培养的平台,从创新思维、创新实践能力等方面,全面提高人才培养质量。上海交通大学通过校院两级的管理模式,近年来大创计划稳步发展。但是目前还存在项目数量下降、同质化现象严重等问题。探索从完善"四位一体"的项目来源机制和建立创新人才培养的全流程模式等措施提出了相关改进建议,分享相关经验,为其他高校开展创新实践工作提供参考。

College Students’innovation and entrepreneurship training plan is a platform for cultivating college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the background of the new era.It comprehensively improves the quality of talent training from the aspects of innovative thinking and innovative practice ability.In recent years,Shanghai Jiaotong University has been developing steadily through the management mode of two levels.However,there are still some problems,such as the decline in the number of projects,the serious homogenization phenomenon and the low efficiency of funds utilization caused by the management mode.This paper puts forward relevant improvement suggestions from improving the"four in one"project source mechanism and establishing the whole process mode of innovative talent training,and shares relevant experience,so as to provide reference for other colleges and universities to carry out innovation practice.
