高校外语专业教学的主要力量是青年教师,青年教师的外语教学水平对培养高水平的外语专业人才具有重要的意义。该文对外语赛事中体现出的青年教师外语教学中存在的问题,以及问题产生的原因进行了深入的研究。从外语赛事的举办角度出发研究高校外语教师专业发展存在的问题以及原因,并根据存在的问题提出建议和措施。此外,深入研究了举办外语赛事对培养高水平的外语人才的重要性。

Young teachers are the main force of foreign language teaching in Colleges and universities.The foreign language teaching level of young teachers is of great significance to the cultivation of high-level foreign language professionals.This paper makes an in-depth study on the problems in foreign language teaching of young teachers reflected in the competition and the causes of the problems.From the perspective of holding foreign language competitions,this paper studies the problems and causes of the professional development of foreign language teachers in Colleges and universities,and puts forward suggestions and measures according to the existing problems.In addition,the importance of holding foreign language competitions for the cultivation of high-level foreign language talents has been deeply studied.
