基于区域经济对接的高职创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on Training Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges based on Regional Economic Docking

近年来,为保证学生的创新能力能落实到现实发展中来,高校始终在努力推动产学研的有机结合,积极打造大学生创业平台,帮助有理想抱负的学生积极开展创新创业活动,通过打造科学的实践研究基地推动区域经济的发展,让学生在实践锻炼中掌握创新创业技能,全面推动我国的基础建设和经济发展。该文分析了基于区域经济对接的高职创新创业人才培养模式的不足,并提出几点创新性建议,希望可以为学生、教师以及高校教育管理者提供一些思路。

In recent years,in order to guarantee the students’innovation ability can implement to development of the reality in colleges and universities in an attempt to promote the combination of production,all the time,tries to build up a platform for college students,to help students with ambition actively develop innovative entrepreneurial activity,through the practice of the scientific research base to promote the development of regional economy,to let the students master the innovative entrepreneurial skills in the field of exercise,comprehensively promote the infrastructure construction and economic development of our country.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the training mode of Higher Vocational innovation and entrepreneurship talents based on regional economic docking,and puts forward some innovative suggestions,hoping to provide some ideas for students,teachers and university education managers.
