工程测量专业人才培养模式的研究与实践

该文针对高职院校专业建设机制体制创新问题,以吉林交通职业技术学院国家骨干校建设项目工程测量专业为切入点,创新发展构建体现寒冷特色的,集教学、科研、生产及社会服务融为一体的、全方位、多方向、综合立体的开放式"六位一体"人才培养模式。通过实践,学生专业技能显著提高,毕业生综合素质得到用人单位的一致好评,研究成果对职业院校专业建设以及提高人才培养质量都有着积极的借鉴价值。

Aiming at the problem of professional construction mechanism innovation in higher vocational colleges,taking the engineering surveying major of the national backbone school construction project of our school as the starting point,innovative development and construction reflecting the cold characteristics,integrating teaching,scientific research,production and social services into one,An all-round,multi-directional,comprehensive and three-dimensional open"six in one"talent training model.Through practice,students’professional skills have been significantly improved,and the comprehensive quality of graduates has been unanimously praised by employers.The research results have positive reference value for the professional construction of vocational colleges and the improvement of the quality of talent training.
