Thoughts on the Reform of Cultural Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges to Adapt to the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in New Era

高职院校开展文化素质教育具有必然性和必要性,直接关系到学生培养的效果与质量,以及人才的岗位就业适应性。这就需要文化素质教育改革与学校整体的人才培养目标相适应,优化内在关联,以改善文化素质培养的整体效果。该研究通过对高职院校文化素养培养的现状进行分析,对文化素质教育改革的创新策略进行探讨,为各个高职院校创新型人才培养效果优化和文化素质教育优化提供参考。

It is inevitable and necessary to carry out cultural quality education in higher vocational colleges,which is directly related to the effect and quality of students’cultivation and the adaptability of talents to employment.This requires the reform of cultural quality education to adapt to the overall talent training objectives of the school,optimize the internal relationship,and promote the overall effect of cultural quality training.Through the analysis of the current situation of cultural literacy training in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses the innovation strategies of cultural quality education reform,and provides reference for the optimization of the training effect of innovative talents and the optimization of cultural quality education in higher vocational colleges.
