Teaching Exploration of Artificial Intelligence Practice Guidance

摘要 人工智能的快速发展及行业应用急需人工智能领域的创新实践人才。高校普遍重视学生人工智能创新实践能力的培养,组织跨学科学生合作开展人工智能创新实践是重要途径。在教学实践中,由于学生来自多个院系,其专业背景差异较大,且对人工智能的认知程度不深,故普遍缺乏对人工智能应用场景的准确认知。由此导致在开展人工智能实践教学时,学生在选题和组队的关键环节难以做出合理判断,容易导致后期人工智能实践的学习效果不佳。清华iCenter在人工智能创新实践中引入了教学导引环节,有效引导学生开展合理选题与组队,被学生评价为最有帮助的教学环节,其做法对人工智能实践人才的培养具有借鉴意义。 The rapid development and industrial application of artificial intelligence produce great need of innovative and practical talents in the field of artificial intelligence.Colleges and universities generally attach importance to the cultivation of innovation and practice ability of artificial intelligence talents.To organize interdisciplinary students to carry out the innovation practice of artificial intelligence is an important way to cultivate students’innovation and practice ability of artificial intelligence.In the teaching practice,due to the fact that students come from multiple departments,their professional backgrounds are quite different,and their cognition degree of artificial intelligence is not deep,they generally lack accurate cognition of the application scene of artificial intelligence.As a result,during the practice teaching of artificial intelligence,it is difficult for students to make reasonable judgments in the key links of topic selection and team formation,which may easily lead to poor learning effect of artificial intelligence practice in the later period.Tsinghua iCenter introduces the‘Introduction of AI’course before the artificial intelligence practice,which effectively helps the students to carry out the reasonable selection of research topic and team members.It is evaluated as the most helpful course by the students,and has reference values for the cultivation of artificial intelligence practical talents.
