摘要 幼儿发展与健康管理专业,旨在培养幼儿身心发展与健康管理领域的德、智、体、美全面发展的高素质、高技能型人才。为了探索适合专业发展的校企合作之路,该文从共建人才培养方案、共建课程、共建实训基地和共建教师队伍"四个共建"机制的建设寻求幼儿发展与健康管理专业校企合作的出路。 The child development and health management aims to train high-quality and high-skilled talents with moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development in the field of children’s physical and mental development and health management.In order to explore the way of school-enterprise cooperation suitable for the professional development,the author will build the"four co-construction"mechanism such as the co-construction of the talent training program,the co-construction of courses,the co-construction of training bases and the co-construction of teachers.
