构建新时代背景下高职国际贸易专业学生核心素养的框架研究 被引量:1

Research on the Framework of the Core Literacy of International Trade Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the New Era

摘要 随着我国经济发展进入新常态,经济结构面临重大调整和转型升级,加剧了技能的更新、人才的流动和岗位的变迁,企业转型升级需要大量的人力资源支撑,同时企业对于人才的培养也提出了新的、更高的要求,高职院校是培养应用技能型人才的摇篮,担负着培养大批高素质技能型人才的重大使命。高职院校唯有聚焦核心素养的培育,提升人才培养质量,才能适应新的生态环境,实现科学发展。基于此,该文结合当下新时代的特征,系统阐述了高职院校学生核心素养培养的时代背景及意义,通过对核心素养的梳理分析,基本构建了高职院校国际贸易专业学生核心素养的框架体系。 With China’s economic development entering the new normal,the economic structure is facing major adjustment,transformation and upgrading,It intensifies the renewal of skills,the flow of talents and the changes of posts.The transformation and upgrading of enterprises need a lot of human resources support.At the same time,enterprises also put forward new and higher requirements for talent cultivation.Higher vocational colleges are the cradle of cultivating applied skilled talents,and bear the important mission of cultivating a large number of high-quality skilled talents.Only by focusing on the cultivation of core literacy and improving the quality of personnel training,can higher vocational colleges adapt to the new ecological environment and realize scientific development.Based on this,combined with the characteristics of the new era,this paper systematically expounds the background and significance of the cultivation of students’core literacy in higher vocational colleges.By combing and integrating the core literacy,the framework system of core literacy of students majoring in international trade in higher vocational colleges is basically constructed.
