思想政治工作是高校学生党支部应承担的重要任务,学生党支部书记作为党支部工作的主导者,是抓好思想政治工作的关键。学生党支部书记抓好思想政治工作对推进全面从严治党、落实立德树人根本任务、提升支部组织力具有重要战略意义。但在实际工作过程中,学生党支部书记抓思想政治工作存在说服力较弱、吸引力较差、感染力较浅、影响力较小的问题,要较好地解决这些问题,高校学生党支部书记需要从把握准确方位、改进方式方法、搭建有效载体、传播好声音、突出实践性方面采取对策措施。

Ideological and political work is an important task for the Party branch of college students.As the leader of the party branch,the student party branch secretary is the key to ideological and political education.It is of great strategic significance for the secretary of student party branch working on ideology and politic,to promote the party’s overall and strict governance,to implement the fundamental task of moral education and to enhance the organizational force of the Party branch.However,there are some problems in student party branch secretary works for ideological and political education,such as weak persuasiveness,insufficient appeal,inadequate appeal,and poor influence.To solve these problems,it is necessary for college student party branch secretary to take countermeasures of grasping the precise orientation of ideological and political work,improving methods of work,optimizing effective expressions,publicizing good image,and focusing practical behaviors.
