导师制视角下采矿工程专业本科生毕业设计质量探讨 被引量:1

Discussion on the Quality of Graduation Design for Undergraduate Students Majoring in Mining Engineering from the Perspective of Tutorial System

摘要 本科生导师制教学模式已逐渐被应用于高校本科生教育,有效提升了本科生的教育质量,但是也存在一定程度的不足。该文以采矿工程专业为例,分析了导师制下的本科生毕业设计存在的问题,结果显示,问题主要体现在四个方面:毕业设计缺乏创新,导致整体质量不高;导师数量不足,指导流于形式;时间安排不合理;毕业设计选题质量不高。针对这些问题,提出将毕业设计与工程实践、新技术相结合,同时设置多元化的导师指导方式,并完善毕业设计流程安排,增强选题的针对性,建立毕业设计奖励机制,以此来提高毕业设计水平,保证本科生的培养质量。 The tutorial system has been gradually applied to undergraduate education.It effectively improves the quality of undergraduate education.However,there are still some deficiencies existing in the system.This paper takes the major of mining engineering as an example.The problems of undergraduate graduation design under the tutorial system are analyzed.The analysis results show that the problems are mainly reflected in four aspects.The lack of innovation leads to overall bad quality of the graduation design.The number of tutors is not enough and their guidance is commonly finished in nominal terms.In addition,the schedule of the graduation design is usually unreasonable.Finally,the quality of topic selection for the graduation design is relatively low.In view of these problems,some effective measures are put forward to improve the quality of graduation design.It can be combined with the engineering practice and new technologies.The guidance methods of the tutor should be diversified.At the same time,the schedule of graduation design needs to be improved and the pertinence of topic selection needs to be strengthened.The graduation design reward mechanism should also be established.With these measures,the quality of undergraduate students can be ensured.
