地方高校中文专业师范生“三字一话”教学技能培养策略研究

Research on the Strategy of "Three Calligraphy and Mandarin" Teaching Skills Cultivation for Chinese Normal Students in Local Universities

摘要 "三字一话"是师范生教学技能训练的重要组成部分,是新时期教师发挥教书育人示范作用必备的职业技能。以地方高校中文专业师范生为例,应从学院和学生两个层面实施"三字一话"教学技能培养策略:一是学院层面多措并举,包括发挥政策导向、制定训练计划和技能测评标准、加强书法教育师资队伍建设、开发课程资源、倡导多样化的教学方式、以赛促练等;二是学生层面,实行分项强化训练,通过开展模拟课堂教学进行综合检验,以期有效提升师范生的教学技能和实践能力。 "Three calligraphy and mandarin"is an important part of teaching skills training for normal students and a necessary vocational skill for teachers to play the exemplary role in the new era.Local university Chinese major students,should Implement"Three calligraphy and mandarin"teaching skills training strategies from college and student two aspects:one is the college level grasp many measures,including play policy guidance,develop training plan and skills standards,strengthen the calligraphy teacher team construction,curriculum resources,diversified teaching methods,to promote practice etc.;Second,the student level,Carry out itemized intensive training,Through simulation classroom teaching for comprehensive testing.In order to effectively improve the teaching skills and practical ability of normal university students.
