现代学徒制试点工作实施效果调研分析——以南京铁道职业技术学院为例

Investigation and Analysis of the Implementation Effect of Modern Apprenticeship Pilot Work——A Case Study of Nanjing Vocational Institute of Railway Technology

现代学徒制是我国技能人才培养模式与培养制度的重大创新,开展现代学徒制工作是当前高职院校人才培养的要求。为科学研判高职院校现代学徒制项目实施质量,课题组结合南京铁道职业技术学院的办学质量考查要求、试点项目合作企业的意见建议,制定了针对学生、教师、企业三个群体,四个方面的评价指标体系,对学校现代学徒制试点工作实施情况进行调研。该文依据调研数据进行分析总结,提出主要问题和建议,希望对高职院校现代学徒制工作提供参考。

Modern apprenticeship is a major innovation of my country’s skill training model and training system,and the development of modern apprenticeship is a requirement for talent training in higher vocational colleges.In order to scientifically judge the implementation quality of the modern apprenticeship project in vocational colleges,the research team has formulated three groups for students,teachers and enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College for the quality of the school and the opinions and suggestions of the pilot project cooperative enterprises.With regard to the evaluation index system,we conducted a survey on the implementation of the pilot work of the school’s modern apprenticeship system.The article analyzes and summarizes based on the survey data,puts forward the main problems and suggestions,and hopes to provide reference for the work of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges.
